KEY ACHIEVEMENTS in a role that grew over time:• Significant reduction in hardware and software costs alongside management and maintenance time through implementation of a centralised IT infrastructure and virtual server environment.• Conceptualised and developed internal Board level and system owner reporting for KPIs, driving IT improvements consistently with new innovative techniques.• Championed an ITIL aligned service desk function to manage the internal customer experience and deliver a consistent quality of service to global employees through the conception of proactive and reactive procedures within ITIL for high levels of controlled service efficiency. • Introduced new programmes of work to ensure employees at all levels throughout the group were fully trained and aware of new GDPR compliance.• Spearheaded the migration of end user devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10, including both office devices and line of business systems, ensuring fundamental upkeep of operational processes.• Delivered improved management reporting for commercial and residential properties through the implementation of Qube Property Management for Property Divisions within the group.• Integrated new businesses and onboarded new team members onto the group platform, offering consistent high-quality coaching, mentoring and development to all employees.
