Daniel Duque is currently the R&D director of Argos. Since 2009, he works in the R&D department of Argos where he has held different positions. Prior to joining Argos, he was a research engineering at ArcelorMittal in France. During his career at Argos he has been working actively in improving the sustainability of the cement and concrete industry. He represents Argos in the Steering Committee of Innovandi, the global research network of GCCA. He also is a member of the permanent Steering Committee of the ICCC (International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement). He is a Mechanical Engineer with a double degree from EAFIT University (Medellin, Colombia) and the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Metz (France); he obtained a MS from the Ecole des Mines de Paris (France) and an MBA from EAFIT University (Medellin, Colombia).
