Since I can remember, I have been very curious about things and in particular, how and why they work or not. Perhaps this personality trait explains why I pursued a career in engineering. After completing a bachelor’s degree of Chemical Engineering, I worked in the energy sector as a Junior Process Engineer, participating in a handful of projects within this area. I fell in love with the energy sector, but I soon realized that a change needed to happen in the way we generate and use energy, and I wanted to take an active part in that transition. This is why I decided to do a master’s degree of Engineering in Sustainable Energy. This journey has led me to appreciate the importance of renewable energy solutions and to pursue a career in this ever-growing market.I am a highly motivated and forward-thinking Sustainable Energy Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the Energy sector as a Process Engineer and 3+ years of experience in the Solar Industry working as a Project Coordintator, Solar Engineering Team Leader and Solar Installer Assistant.Throughout my career, I have participated in various EPC projects in the Energy sector and contributed to the installation of more than 2 MW grid-connected Solar Systems across Victoria, Australia. I take pride in my work and strongly desire to learn more in my field and take on new challenges.I have experience looking after small to medium-scale renewable projects, including solar energy systems, from start-up, system commissioning, and strategic planning to performance testing and monitoring. This included providing engineering support during construction, system commissioning and troubleshooting, working with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard, and contributing to business development activities. My strong technical and industry expertise make me a fitting candidate for an Engineer position within the Renewable Energy sector. I am excited to move forward with those opportunities.
