- Responsible for the continuous development of CCN’s Learning Management System (LMS) to fulfill academic digitalization throughout Programme Development, Teaching & Learning, Assessment and Quality Assurance.

- Led the research and development of all curriculum and syllabi for CCN's business, science & engineering and humanities foundation programme aiming for international students to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level in Chinese universities;- Led the development of textbooks to facilitate teaching Chinese for specific academic purposes;- Solely responsible for developing and deploying a Learning Management System for digitalized teaching, learning and assessment;- Responsible for developing teaching and assessment resources for multiple linguistic and non-linguistic subjects;- Responsible for overseas distributor training and domestic teacher orientation to facilitate programme marketing, sales and delivery.

- Responsible for teaching Chinese as a second language- Responsible for teacher training- Responsible for accounting- Establish CRM, purchasing and internal administration process over OpenERP/Odoo- Establish E-learning platform over Schoology, Instructure Canvas and EDU2.0- Improve internal collaboration process over Sharepoint Online and Basecamp- Design and conduct marketing campaigns over Linkedin, Facebook and MailChimp

- Responsible for teaching Chinese as a second language- Responsible for interpretation at tender review meetings, trading fairs and social events- Provide translation service mainly for e-commerce websites, law firms and architecture firms- Set up public site via WordPress with Woocommerce for online shopping and payment- Construct internal knowledge site over MediaWiki and Trello- Write the scripts and design the layout of company posters, brochures and event flyers
