January 2019 - July 2021At the start of the year, I transitioned into a different team supporting our Claims department working to implement a third party SaaS application. My role for this effort is a technical lead and business analyst. The effort included customizing the application to our business needs and a data migration component that included both data and content such as videos, photos, and other documents. I will also be working as a lead to implement another third party SaaS application for our eDiscovery project starting at the beginning of August. January 2018 - December 2018In addition to supporting the Finance applications, I also picked up a scrum master role for a modernization project on our Fuel team. My role included the typical scrum master duties in addition to maintaining the budget and forecasting the project throughout the year.June 2015 - December 2017Started as a management trainee within our Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse team. I initially started supporting our budgeting and finance business partners. Within a year I became a lead over the team that included 10 web applications and their back-end components. As the lead I was responsible for the day to day communications between our various business partners that included status updates, estimates for enhancements, and responding to any support issues that occurred.

Responsibilities included handling tickets that related to installing software, setting up new computers, and other tier II related issues.
