The spark that started my personal and professional growth path in the world of human resources, it began many years ago...So many years of effort, continuous training, learning and change that have given me great satisfactions that have taught me the value of listening, thinking, speaking and doing.This is what I do every day by meeting different companies in different sectors, asking and listening to them, learning about their processes and trying to give concrete solutions aimed at the same goal: having people on board who have the desire to grow with the company.Through teamwork with an ad-hoc staff built with the skills of the various services needed, I help to make the hiring and management of resources more efficient, filling any gaps with a vertical training that continues over time aimed at keeping them for duration of the contractual relationship for both the temporary staff and the permanent staff.
