Publisher Success Manager
Current- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Onboard, manage and grow relationships with publisher clients and strategic partners
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executivesponsors to fully understand your customer's business strategy and measurements forsuccess
- Service as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal,cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in OCM and fullyleverage our entire suite of services
- Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements inorder to intelligently identify new opportunities and upsell the platform
