About Daniele B. Kidd, Ed.D.

Department Chairperson and Instructor at Delaware Technical Community College. I oversee three programs under the Applied Agriculture umbrella: Agribusiness Management, Production Agriculture, and Turf & Ornamental Horticulture. I am also responsible for our 4 acre farm and Campus Farm Market. In my teaching responsibilities, I strive to design activities that consider all learning styles to reach students' diverse needs. Building relationships, along with a hands-on approach, is the basis of my teaching success. Hands-on learning is my philosophy.
