Global R&D - Consumer Technical Insights Assistant Manager, Home&HygieneMain Accountabilities:-Responsible for all Technical Performance Testing to support the CIF/HEF projects with clear data and recommendations for product development in Innovation and 5S Projects-Develop robust strategies to support technical delivery of product claims, write claim support dossiers, and defend or attack product claims by challenge-Lead the technical delivery of claims-Lead the development of outstanding KBS (product demos)-Develop & implement robust global appraisal methodologies including statistical analysis-Analyse key competitor claims and technology/product performance to identify possible competitive challenge opportunities-Lead, coach & develop the claims & appraisal staff to improve technical expertise-Translate consumer learning into technical targets against which products can be designed (performance & attributes) developed and measured-Analyse and understand the market claims as well as future trends, seeking insights and making recommendations on new opportunities.
