My mission is to manage, develop and meet all program deliverables on time throughout the product life cycle, within the Intake Systems discipline applied to all Stellantis products. Main responsibilities:• Leverage resources and competences required for flawless product development, launch execution and production maintenance, by ensuring all deliverables are met (i.e., performance, time, cost, quality, etc.)• To develop and hold the know-how at the state of the art via benchmarking, decoupled innovation development, preventive quality methodologies (i.e., DFSS)• Commodity strategic decision on suppliers and new suppliers’ technical assessment.• I’m a member of the Engineering leadership team, managing annual strategic goals and create plan to meet Company’s target.

I managed a technical team of 20 engineers between Italy and North America and I was in charge to reach the expected quality, performance, function, weight, time and cost targets, defining and developing the technical solutions in accordance with product requirements.The perimeter of competence was exhaust system applied at high performance vehicles, including Maserati, Abarth and SRT products.
