• Lead the overall conceptualization, planning and execution of all Life and Pensions products• In charge of planning, leading and executing Life strategy, constantly pursuing profitable growth• Manage all the components (from design to testing and implementation roll out) of all initiatives related to Life insurance business.• Coordinate end-to-end insurance processes (pre and post sales, claims and settlements), identifying simplification opportunities and enabling programmatic and operational changes• In charge of building business cases to provide different options for the future behavior of estimated costs, benefits and associated risks for the Company• Coordinate analyses of existing set-up, policies and procedures related to Life and Pension Business• Represent the Company in the National Insurance Association and in the discussions with the Insurance Authorities

Responsible for Allianz Solutions business development in Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey), with a leading role in defining strategy and plans and an active participation in Allianz product development processes, sharing best practices within the Region.

• Responsible for Domestic and Cross-Border Products Management and Development for all distribution channels of Zurich in Italy (Tied Agents, Banks, IFA/Brokers).• Responsible for Pricing of all Individual Products (Domestic and Cross Border)• Responsible for Pricing and Underwriting of Group Policies• Drive regular reviews to evaluate the competitive, operational and financial performance of all products in portfolio• Lead the development of strategic, financial and operational plans for products in support of the business and functional strategies• Ensure systematic capture of new or evolved customer needs, market and competitor insights

• Lead the technical analysis of new products and business in force• Actuarial Reporting, both under local accounting standards and US GAAP • Engineering of all products actuarial formulas in IT system• Financial Reporting (VIF, PVFP, EV, etc.) and ALM projections and calculations• Management and technical analysis of Life Reinsurance• Lead the development and management of all products and the related services provided to customers• Set up and deployment of the quality control analysis• Responsible for Life Underwriting• Strong involvement in new business development (mainly distribution agreements with small-medium sized Banks)
