The purpose of the intership was to understand how incrementally enhancement the enterprise agility and develope an Agile portfolio management framework.Over time some of Agile practices have taken place, new coordination and coperation methodology has been introduced trought adoption of new software and tools. Ad hoc Agile portfolio management framework has been designed to respond quickly to business environment changes.I was assigned to several teams to understand:- the projects enviroment;- the team management methodology in use;- team member coordination and collaboration approaches;- the relationships between the team and customers;- the cordination and project management tools and software in use.Some of the activites done during the intership have been:- evaluation of Agile Tools and software;- study of DW/BI team organization’s structure;- study of Agile DW/BI Solution Development;- evaluation of team organizational structure, teams and projects to understand if favorable conditions existed to introduce an Agile approach and what challenges and possible improvements it will arise.- evaluation of benefits, drawbacks and challenges experienced implementing Agile practices and framework.
