Main tasks- Demand and Capital budget management- Serving as a mean to facilitate communication between IT and Business functions- Supporting the internal customer in defining the scope, the methodology (agile or waterfall) and resources to be allocated on projects- Analysis and definition of Business Requirements

Part of a Transformation project for a manufacturing site, focusing on the cell dedicated to the space vector Ariane. The role consists in:-  Documenting reality for manufacturing and business processes of an assembly and test area- Identify some opportunities of improvement on key indicators: cost, quality and delivery- Propose some creative solutions using continuous improvement tools- Support the implementation of the best solution in the expected timing - Confirm and communicate the results achieved- Collect, analyze and solve some major problem with the cell leader- Develop the Continuous Improvement culture in the cells
