I gained within the Enel Group a long experience in the energy sector.I currently work in the 'People & Organization' professional family of Enel Green Power and Thermal Generation, the Group's generation company, and I am in charge of Organization and Process Governance.My previous experiences at Enel Green Power and Enel Energia have enabled me to gain a wide range of experience, both in Renewable Generation plant management where I was in charge of:- Maintenance processes and plant management of most renewable technologies (solar, hydro, wind, geothermal) globally;both in the processes and systems of the Italian free electricity and gas market where I dealt with:- Sales, marketing and loyalty processes, acquisition and customer management;- Project management and team management aimed at implementing digital solutions to support business processes- Change management to specifically support digital transformation and the deployment of agile methodology➖ I am a realistic, structured and responsible person, a lover of creativity and art that I cultivate through painting and calligraphy, and above all personal growth➖ I am an Agile Product Owner and a Scrum Master➖ I apply the principles of Agility, to help organizational structures and teams identify effective solutions
