My interests include: Mathematics; especially discrete maths and related disciplines (graph theory, combinatorics, elementary and algebraic number theory). My master degree thesis is titled 'Combinatorial Species and Transitive Relations' and is focused on the application of André Joyal's theory of combinatorial species to a set of classical enumerative problems in the theory of relations which are still open at the present day. I am also interested in abstract algebra, category theory, and, to a lesser extent, set and model theory. Music; as a listener I am particularly fond of late renaissance and baroque music, jazz, prog rock, and experimental stuff from all eras. As a musician, i have fun sometimes playing guitar, piano, etc. I am also interested in music theory, composition, algorithmic music generation, sound synthesis and the like. Linguistics; i am mostly interested in exploring the variety of syntactical and morphological constructions found in human languages (linguistic typology), and the way in which natural language evolve (comparative linguistics). I am also interested in the process of language invention (glossopoiesis/conlanging). Programming and Computers; especially when they are used to build interesting and fun stuff. I am devouted to the cult of the sacred Hop.
