Management of the HPC project UK2641 « Wagons » and UK2644 « HHI crane » contracts, within the RD « Responsible Designer » unit of the CMM (Conception des Matériels Mécaniques) service.Main activities:- Progress monitoring of calls for tender (from the launch of the ITT until SOC).- Writing and reviewing both technical and contractual deliverables: BSTS (Book of Special Technical Specifications), LDRC (List of Documents Required from the Contractor), DRR (Design Risk Register), TAP (Tender Assessment Plan), TAR (Tender Assessment Report), Surveillance Program.- Provision of technical support to the Client NNB and management of contracts technical teams responsible for complying with both mechanical and I&C requirements.- Management of contracts technical and contractual meetings with the different stakeholders (NNB/Suppliers/Edvance Technical teams).Challenge: Management of project quality/cost/schedules and technical design entities.

- Management of the Global Sourcing Population technical career paths for the entire Oil & Gas business: BHGE SQEs, Buyers and Commodity Leaders projects revisions and certification for the 4 different BHGE product companies: TPS, OFE, OFS, MC.- Development and improvement of competency matrices for Sourcing and Manufacturing engineers.- Training suppliers relationship management.

- Management of the Global Sourcing Population technical career paths for the Oil & Gas business: BHGE SQEs, Buyers and Commodity Leaders projects revisions and certification for 3 different BHGE product companies: TPS, OFE, MC.- Definition of competency areas, organization of trainings and workshops.- Development of technical trainings and training plans for the Global Sourcing Population.- Support to the spread of the competency development processes, update and improvement of databases using GE IT Learning tools.

- Assist and support managerial staff in their day-to-day operations.- Prepare reports also by collecting and analyzing technical information in high-technology sectors (e.g. gas turbines, jet engines): information activities on the market prospects, developments, changes.

Analysis of alpha contaminated samples by Multi-Group Analysis Software MGA and Monte Carlo transport code MCNPX: creation of a HPGe detector’s model through MCNPX code aimed at calculation of 235U enrichment values and uranium masses, for several samples, through gamma-ray spectra analysis by ORTEC MAESTRO software. Successful cost and time reductions and decreased radioactive contamination thanks to this MCNPX detector’s model.
