During my Master's degree thesis, I learned many techniques:- Cloning procedure- Cells expression- SDS-page- UV-visible spectroscopy- Ion exchange chromatography- Affinity chromatography- High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)- Fusion proteins immobilizations on electrodes- Voltammetry and Chronoamperometry- Gold nanoparticles production

Winner of the part-time collaboration's announcement (art.11) for the Biochemistry exercises. During the lessons, I helped the students with laboratory equipment (PH meter, UV-vis spectroscopy), solutions formulation and a lot of biochemical essays including the Bradford assay. This working experience has improved my responsibility, laboratory organization, time management and communication skills.

The QC internship has allowed me to know a lot of pharmaceutical company's internal dynamics like the sampling of raw materials, quality control procedures inside both chemical and microbiological laboratories. According to GMP procedures, I wrote and managed all documentation of QC. I supervised pharmaceutical operators during their completion of batch records and the main documentation involved in the proper operation of standard operative procedures (SOP).

With a 9-person team, I won the "Startup Creation Lab" contest sponsored by the University of Turin and L.Einaudi Business School. I have learned multiple entrepreneurial and startup skills like the managing of human resources and the development of a Canvas business plan for the innovative multiple sclerosis project "insEYEde".
