Design and implementation of a web console for Intesa San Paolo Group's helpdesk. The new console is meant to improve and replace the app currently used by the Customer's helpdesk to report, track and resolve business incidents on software and hardware assets. When an operator selects and takes on an incident, the application smartly retrieves and filters a list of enterprise tools designed to solve or analyze the issue; such tools are proposed differently (order, parameters, practical suggestions, etc.) depending on the problem encountered and on the knowledge about it. Smart tool selection is accomplished through a rule engine driven by an expert system. The applications integrates a plethora of databases, data/business services and infrastructural components implementing tools available to the operators. Technological stack: Angular 2, Web Api 2, .NET Core, TypeScript 2, Bootstrap 4, JQuery 3.

Evolution and maintenance of a web application designed to take care of main tasks related to insurance policies' life tracking and receipts management. The app is exposed from Reale Mutua Assicurazioni to hundreds of group's agencies on national and European territory. The web app is built on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC stack with Kendo controls and a huge Oracle database counting nearly 200 tables and thousands of SQL lines (ETL) to orchestrate data flows from LOB applications. The application integrates dozens of data services through both WCF and custom C# proxies.

Full-time on-site activity as an Enterprise Architect and SharePoint Specialist to analyze and redesign the existing IT architecture at Reale Mutua (Turin, Italy) and Reale Seguros (Madrid, Spain) IT headquarters (insurance and financial industry). Analysis, design and implementation tasks are organized according to an intensive plan to deliver a full set of prototypes, PoC and shared libraries related to the whole Microsoft and SharePoint that will integrate with the existing platforms (IBM, Oracle, legacy). Another deliverable of primary importance is the creation of a documentary basis around corporate knowledge in Microsoft technologies, along with a set of best-practice documents and guidelines that will form the basis of future developments at the customer site.The complexity of the output required involves a continuous interaction and confrontation with italian and spanish IT teams and with a wide number of SharePoint/Security/SOA specialists as well as Software Architects and technology specialists from Microsoft (Italy and Spain). Analysis, design and development of a SharePoint 2010 enterprise architecture implementing a web catalog (intranet/extranet access) of Heinz products. The User Interface has been completely re-designed and heavily customized with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to bring in SharePoint the typical style and interactions of Windows 8 Modern UI (aka Metro) on a vast range of internet browsers (e.g. IE7+). The back-end layer is made up of a centralized database; an ETL tool collects data from 11 enterprise sources, enrich and merge and merge in a single database. The main entities are modeled through SharePoint External Content Types and retrieved by Business Connectivity Services, thus enabling the use of SharePoint OOB features such as crawling/indexing and search refinement.
