Born and raised in Curitiba - Brazil, at the age of 17 left for my first international adventure in Russia. This experience awakened my fascination for traveling, cooking, eating, and getting to know other cultures.Throughout the developement of a solid career in venues management, event's planning and production, studied gastronomy and graduated as cook, barista, beer sommelier and wine sommelier.Also worked was a consultant for Mapie in hospitality projects in Brazil and abroad and was a professor at universities in Curitiba.Currently living in France I am the founding partner of Nazdarovia Eventos - a Brazilian company specialized in planning and organizing gastronomic events, partner at Tutano Gastronomia and part of the team of Gastronomos - a French based company specialized in developing exclusive gastronomic experiences for food and wine lovers in Paris and France.
