Kamado Pro is a project dedicated to live-fire cooking in the restaurant industry. It started out only with kamado grills and konro grills and has now expanded to include the supply of customised up-and-down grills and Rizzoli Cucine wood stoves.Kamado Pro has consultants who are able, by studying the menu or analysing customer requirements, to propose the ideal live-fire cooking solution. We can integrate already demanding kitchens with fire cooking systems or design them from scratch.Kamado Pro's proposal does not stop with the realisation of the kitchen but is also extended with consultancy services such as the realisation of menus or even just single dishes, simple or complex, to be cooked on the grill.
