Lead the product strategy for the development of a content management platform focused on different buying cycles of financial products. Led the development of key features such as credit card digital onboarding and search engine for discount promotions. Pursuing a truly data-oriented product strategy, I was constantly working with Google Marketing tools, as well as customer behavior analytical tools or implementing specific surveys. I promoted frequent communication with key stakeholders to receive continuous feedback to guarantee client satisfaction. As senior leader I was involved in the definition of quarterly business objectives, applying OKR's practices.

As a Supply Chain expert, I add with my experience and knowledge of the operational and logistic process to the sales of innovative solutions technologies. Collaborating with cross team for the analysis, development and implementation projects of TMS, WMS, Demand Planning, Order Management, HSE applications, successfully executed within the industrial, consumer goods, retail and utility industries.

I executed the pilot project "Rig direct" for B2B sales of tubular products to the final users. I coordinated the whole back-to-back process, from demand forecasting, order planning and management, production programming, international logistic, storing, rig services, final delivery. Customer base grew 100% YoY. I trained, supervised and evaluated new team members.

I was responsible for the demand planning of Tenaris automotive and hydraulic cylinders’ market within the NAFTA region. I developed and executed the commercial and logistic relationships for our key customers. Thanks to a more accurate estimation of the consolidated demand and a more frequent forecasting cycle, I was able drive the supply chain operations to exceed the sales budget.

Responsible for the monthly production plan for the assemblies’ facility located in Mexico, and the supply plan of finished goods from multi-countries facilities towards US customers. Service delivery performance achieved for the key customers was higher than industry standards. No stock out events registered in over 20 months for customers with stock consignment agreements.

I coordinated the production planning process for the European area through the simulation of different sourcing scenarios based on company’s ERP system. Led the launching of the global planning model for the Canadian mill. Collaborated from functional point of view, with the development of the production simulation software.

Production programmer for Tenaris’ main European mill. I implemented and executed the purchase process for the external supply of a key raw material. I implemented a monthly projection of an order compliance indices and formulated improvement plans.

While working directly with the area director, I collaborated in developing University partnership programs between the Company, the Federation of Employers and Universities. I managed the launch of the new brand signage.
