New Bio (2022): I am the kind of person that learned English playing Leisure Suite Larry on PC and not being good at school. I struggled with math and physics at university but have been one of the luckiest to code HTML from the beginning paying back my studies. Got in love with mobile technologies when phones were only doing beeps and funded Dimension to make a career out of it. Today we are a +15 engineering team mostly working under the shadow of big brands and banks. But what's technology without a soul? in 2022 I funded Machineria, a company making stories worth telling. We have been working with the most important museums and institutions in Italy crafting every single detail in the projects we have done and aiming for doing even better in the future. Oh, and I love baking pizza. Legacy Bio (2010): I started using computers playing chess against my ZX Spectrum and few years later I was assembling 386 with screws and bolts to pay my high school studies. During university I founded my own company winning a prize for innovation, and being hired as the youngest member of a Technology Research Center full of robots, building websites even for companies with no idea what internet was for back in the 90's. I finished my studies inventing software for network management and dealing with the failure not being able to make it. I have been a teacher. I explained computers and the internet to both kids and their grandfathers, people working in offices and farms, students at the high school of my home town and PHD from Africa. And I had the chance to teach to my teachers. What a fun! Recently I had the big pleasure to teach at the University of Turku in Finland, talking about my deepest passions: technology, mobile, apps design and social media experience. I coded my first line of HTML in 1994 when it was all gray, black and blue, but I'am still having fun experimenting with HTML5 on the iPad browser. Today, my job is to design and craft apps. Everyday I try to learn more and more about mobile life and how technologies are changing our life. Specialties: analysis, research, programming, usability, design, apps, digital life, mobile life.
