- I defined and approved a logistics roadmap to anticipate productivity and qualitative gains that would only happen to the rest of the company 3 years later- I reviewed the warehouse process, planned and made available a solution to improve productivity without impact on the 24x7 operations. I documented and trained the operators.- I mapped Import/Export processes and implemented a solution to deliver financial gains on the drawback operation. I took over the key-user role for the acceptance tests.- I designed and implemented a workflow solution for clients and products to enhance data quality and productivity
