Current• Analysis of the technical documentation in coordination with the Project Manager and the Technical Director• Definition of the schedule and the human and material resources for the execution of the project• Control, supervision and coordination of the installation team and subcontractors• Preparing regular reports on the progress of the work and the various deadlines• Acceptance of materials with identification of anomalies and non-conformities with respect to technical drawings• Analysis of risks, anticipation of delays and study of technical solutions to optimise deadlines• Participating in the management of contracts by following up on programme developments and their impact on the internal organisation• Leading weekly site meetings• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
