As the Interim Director at RTM Business Group, I am responsible for providing curated content, optimized networking opportunities, exclusive qualified attendance, and return on time invested for senior level administrators and executives across various industries. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Penn State University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to understand and address the needs and challenges of the health care sector.One of my main achievements at RTM is leading our expansion into state and local government (SLG) and health care, doubling the industries RTM worked in previously. I led a team of six focused on creating and executing innovative strategies to enter and grow in these new markets, from the conceptual phase to the delivery of high-quality and relevant programs. I also spearheaded the initiative to incorporate more diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focused content for all industries, including education, SLG, and health care, to reflect the changing demographics and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
