When our Apple store shut down in 2020, I was one of the first technical specialists to volunteer and join the team of Retail to AHA advisors from our store. I was certified in iOS, Mac, and wireless multimedia which included AppleTV, HomePod, and Airport products. I guided customers through complex issues using the tools and resources provided. I remained flexible and positive during the immense ambiguity that surrounded my time in the AHA program. I constantly achieved success in providing the best resources for my peers and customers. I was looked to for help with mentoring peers and provided feedback whenever possible. I had a consistently high customer satisfaction score.
