As an experienced Director, Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT) and Chartered Transport Planning Professional, I am responsible for developing the business, new and existing client relationships, managing work flow, resources, budgets and timescales, whilst ensuring good communication skills and staff management at all times. Through collaborative working I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in land development and regeneration projects. Through extensive analysis we are identifying a variety of access solutions, unlocking and maximising development, as well as satisfying the concerns of highway officers and the local communities. Community liaison forms a vital part of our work; now more so than ever before.I enjoy meeting new challenges face on and want to continue to develop new skill sets whilst maintaining and perfecting those already acquired, and continue growing TPA as we move forever forward
