KIT is an independent educational organization that offers B.Sc programs in Engineering Technology in collaboration with the University of Iceland. At KIT I taught the courses on Data Acquisition and Processing and Introduction to Actuators. As the sole teacher of those courses I was tasked with creating all course material, including lab exercises, problems and final exams.

Controlant ehf. is a growing company in Iceland specialising in cold chain management solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Controlant was a contractor working for the University of Iceland Center for Systems Biology and I was hired by Controlant to continue working on the photobioreactor from my previous job at CSB.

At the Center for Systems Biology I was part of a multidisciplinary team working on a novel type of a photobioreactor that used exhaust from geothermal power plants as a source for CO2. I was tasked with designing hardware for the bioreactor and software for the reactors control systems.
