Daniel Madrigal is a Director of Development at Scannell Properties. Daniel's primary responsibilities focus on markets throughout New England as well as Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. He is responsible for site selection, due diligence, local and state entitlements, budgeting, underwriting, land acquisition, leading a team of consultants to design and construct speculative and built-to-suit projects, and the leasing of these facilities. He is also responsible for business development associated with prospective and ongoing projects. Daniel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and attended the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, MN. Daniel also has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business in Minneapolis, MN. In his 10 years with Scannell, Daniel has been responsible for developing over 16 million square feet of Industrial development across the United States.
