I'm leading the banking and payment Technical Consultant and Project Manager Italian team that is part of Thales' Digital Identity and Security business unit.All the team is the main entry point of any customer requests and project and all the team and me project, plan and follow up the requests to make them true.Main customers are: Nexi, Poste Italiane, Mercury Payment Services, Edenred, Findomestic, Agos, Bank of Valletta, HSBC Malta, ATM, 5T Torino and many other big and small financial institutions.

Main entry for any customer issue and new project activity related to banking, payments, transport and loyalty products and services.I act as consulting on MasterCard, Visa and ABI expert for the customer helping them on contact and contactless cards profile preparation.My daily duties are managing customer requests with consulting activity (thanks to the expertise granted during those years), solve production issues and, on top of them, managing new projects from Project Manager activities to description of customer requests, validation and certification tests and all other necessary activities to close successfully a project.I’m in contact daily with a lot of different people, from customers and account managers, to developers, customer services and manufacturing plants.Customers for whom I have complete responsibility are: Setefi, Mercury Payments Services, Intesa San Paolo, CSE, Agos Ducato, Qui! Financial Services, Trenord, Edenred and many others small banks and service providers.
