My career has consistently centered on the Finance and Business Intelligence departments, with a particular focus on user analytics, business modeling and planning, forecasting techniques, and investment evaluation.In 2018, I joined Jobrapido as Head of Business Intelligence with a mandate to rebuild the team, processes, and information flow. My efforts culminated in a significant transformation of the department.In 2020, I became part of the leadership team, and in 2021, I assumed the role of CFO. In this capacity, I have been instrumental in driving financial strategy, optimizing business performance, and leading investment initiatives. My role frequently involves collaborating with private equity funds, ensuring robust financial health and strategic growth for the company. Additionally, I have overseen comprehensive treasury management, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and optimizing capital structure to support the company’s growth and operational needs. I am also responsible for the monthly financial closure, conducting audits, and managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.
