I'm an experienced educator with a passion for global education, well-being and equitable access to learning opportunities. With 14 years of experience in the UK independent school sector, I have developed a strong track record of success in senior leadership, admissions, marketing, public speaking, project management, and global education.I am also a committed advocate for Global Education and thoroughly enjoy serving as Treasurer of the Global Education Benchmark Group, an international non-profit organization dedicated to establishing best practices across 300+ member schools. I also served as the Round Square European Reps Representative for four years and have delivered residential programs in the UK for thousands of students from over forty countries around the world.Above all, I believe that equitable access to education is crucial for the next generation to thrive. I advocate for young people to interact with others from different backgrounds and cultures, to foster empathy and an ability to relate to different viewpoints, ultimately leading to finding solutions that benefit society. I hold an MBA, a Master's degree in International Relations and a Level 7 Diploma in Teaching English as an Additional Language. My hobbies include running, reading, and walking my dog, Doris.
