Design and creation of the governance structure, framework and critical success factors for the Unimed System's innovation hub, the Unimed Lab;Management and support in strategic digital transformation projects, interacting with suppliers and the main customers of the Unimed System;Direct relationship with large corporations and the innovation ecosystem, encouraging the creation of partnerships and fostering a culture of innovation, with the purpose of creating new business models through the concept of open innovation;Support in the community management strategy and innovation activities such as: workshops, meetups, lectures, podcast, pitchs, among others.

Management of five IT projects Holding, since the aprovation of the iniciative until the implementation in production.Training and use of Project control tools – PPMC (Project and Portfolio Management Center) and RTC (Rational Team Concert), to the effective management in schedule, risks and providers of the projects.Conducting and participation of executive meetings,giving the respective positions and reports of the projetcs, with all stakeholders involved. Main results:Delivery of 2 projects on time, budget and expected scope in the iniciative of the projects.Improvements in corporate communication channels of the project team and stakeholders.

- Development of financial system implementation project “World Office”.- Conducting inventory management of 300 products.- Financial monitoring as the project phase. - Prices standardization system implementation.- Participation in the system installation process.Main results:2.406 USD of saving generation in inventory costs, through inventory policies.Optimization and agility in the administrative and financial processes through the standardization of procedures.

Monitoring and control of the area budget, the same form, planning and execution of the activities of economic supports (sponsorship) to the different municipalities entities of Caribbean Region, developing practices and strategic patterns.Main achievements:- Management and analysis of overdue and current portfolio.- Pre-emptive collection control for past-due clients.- Management of sponsorships to municipal clients provided by financial management.- Constantly relationships with providers.- Elaboration of manage reports and control of budget.
