Working 1:1 with a non-verbal child in a special needs school. In this role I promoted the young man's well-being by assisting learning in classroom lessons, updating and editing his assistive technology, helping conduct physiotherapy activities and planning/delivering 1:1 sessions to assist with speech and language goals. I also worked with bigger groups and helped with many ad-hoc duties in class, going over and above whenever possible.

Knowledge of the debt industry and leading regulatory bodies is essential, especially as the industry has grown more customer-focused in recent years. Also requires knowledge of interest rates and their application in regards to live and terminated accounts. Negotiatory skills put to use when discussing settlement figures with customers and their nominated 3rd parties.
