Daniel Epp Email and Phone Number
I've had a career that has spanned traditional electronics and toys retail, the mobile phone industry, convenience stores and QSRs, and even the repair business. I'd like to think that all of these show that I can always take on new challenges and master them, and that I've picked up a few skills and best practices along the way.I have had success in building out new operations in new trade areas from British Columbia to Saskatchewan, in driving sales growth and solid profitability in existing locations, in recognizing talent and nurturing growth at all levels, and through all of this, building high-performing teams that have been the backbone of any success that I have enjoyed.I tend to be a thinker that uses data to back up action, but I also have had to "work in the shadows" without any data to make decisions and commit to action. I love being part of a team so that I can learn and grow, but I don't need a team to build and execute a plan.Currently I am hoping that the right opportunity will come along, with an organization that is looking for someone who has a history of personal growth, of maximizing my employers' revenue and profit opportunities, and who has always left any team stronger than when I found them. It's hard to say if anyone reads a resume or an About Me blurb anymore, with automated processes selecting candidates based on who is the most effective at manipulating the search criteria. I certainly hope so, otherwise all this writing will be for naught.
