I began my work experience in 2000 as trainee in the Technical Office of the Shire of Lucca, where I studied the static safety of two bridges over the Serchio river and the maintenance system for the bridges owned by the Shire of Lucca.In the period 2001-2002 I performed the compulsory military service and, after two months training time at the Italian Naval Academy of Livorno, I have worked as Leader Engineer in the technical office of Navy’s barrack “Duca degli Abruzzi” in La Spezia.I started to work in Studio Techné at the end of 2002 where I have been involved in a significant amount of civil and industrial works.In the first 5-6 years I was employed as civil and structural designer and I was responsible for several design tasks (Moss MX road modelling, SAP2000 FEM structural modelling, steel and concrete calculations, site management). I managed the design of several concrete and steel structures as civil and industrial buildings and composite steel-concrete bridges.I have strong technical and management skills and extensive experience in leading teams of engineers, drafters, as well as geologists, surveyors, hydraulics and geotechnical professionals.Since 2008 I was the Structures and Infrastructures Unit Leader and as a Leader with the majority of the work being the design of wind farms’ infrastructures, I managed the design of civil works of more than 1000 MW of wind power plants, coordinating turbine foundations structural projects in Italy, Romania, Greece, Brazil, Mexico and USA and access internal and external roads projects, storm water management, crane hardstands, civil works for substation areas in Italy, Romania and Australia.In 2017 I joined Toscotec as supervisor of the civil works related to the installation of two tissue machines in a paper mill in Tulsa, OK USA.
