This passion stems from my own experience as a first-generation Mexican immigrant and my unwavering belief in the American Dream.My expertise lies in:Building strategic partnerships: I forge connections across local and national landscapes, uniting leaders to champion common causes.Crafting data-driven fund development strategies: At Sasha Bruce Youthwork, I implemented a data-driven plan that propelled the organization from $11 million to $17 million over three years, fueling critical programs for opportunity youth and their families.Uniting diverse stakeholders: My experience working with national and local nonprofits allows me to bridge divides and bring unlikely collaborators together for greater impact.I'm particularly proud of my role in the Georgetown University Scholars Program, where I mentor first-generation scholars on their own journeys to success.Beyond the workday, you can find me nurturing my gardens, exploring hidden gems in parks, and chasing after my two adopted feline companions, Mila and Tabitha.
