I am currently a part of the civil engineering squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. I work on electrical systems, to include interior, exterior, high and low voltage and airfield lighting.

I am working on my M.S. in Operations and Project Management to improve on and compliment my military experience of creating, organizing, and overall managing projects.

As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. As a Manufacturing Manager, I oversee 30 personnel across three shifts that work on building the different parts that go into a generator that helps power the Navy's F-18. I help manage the acquisition of parts and materials, and oversee the process of the moving parts and inventory. With the largest profile line at my location, it is important to ensure the parts and material are pushed through my line in order to meet deliveries.

My role at D-Cell as an Electrical Systems Journeyman was to work as a part of bare base team to provide living quarters and other provisions in austere locations. I worked with partner companies on research and design of deployable resources to provide power to camps. I was given the opportunity to work as a Contracting Officer Representative in a deployed location, where I led a sustainment team and oversaw projects necessary for the improvement of the camp.

I worked in the logistics of shipping/receiving industrial chemicals in large quantities and storing/arranging them in a number or warehouses. I also worked with quality assurance to bring them samples of received products, as well as finished products that were set to be sold. Another responsibility I had was to stage materials for the production crew.
