Prepares, scans and verifies imaged documents for accurate duplication, filing and image clarity. Communicates system problems with system administrator and IT. Re-files imaged documents from incoming request and reports. Quality checks and refiles imaged teller work to maintain virtual tracking of all teller docs. Retrieves documents and document images for death claims and mortgage release of lien request. Ensures imaged documents are prepared for destruction in accordance with the record retention schedule. Prepares boxed items for storage which includes labeling and recording into inventory database. Run purging of accounts and combine member profiles, produce daily reports on MARS client for upper management, verify and process W-8s, W-9s and original docs on MVI. Inquire and research any discrepancies in member’s accounts and provide resolution. Perform testing/clean ups as needed for MISER releases and upcoming projects. Successfully explain features and benefits of products and services offered by GECU. Maintain magnificent attendance, minimal outages and exceed monthly referral quotas for GECU to guide as a team leader.
