Project Manager, Product Manager, R&Din the field of wearable technology for personal security.The main project I worked on, following all the phases from conceptual to operational development, is a smart bracelet for personal security based on a patented methodology of which I am co-proprietary. This methodology uses the physical reaction caused by panic, that usually manifest itself during dangerous situation, in order to automatically activate an alarm and ask for help in the fastest and easiest way.The first product based on this patented methodology, named Shecall, was made ex novo for a female target. I conducted specific market analysis (target, competitors, market positioning,…) in order to define the new solution’s features and planning the development of it.After the business plan definition, I followed the implementation of the plan until the production of the pre-serie version of the product, composed by:- Electronic component assembled by machine and with proprietary firmware;- Mechanical component made from molds and based on proprietary design;- Software component including algorithm, DB, backend for data analysis, app mobile, …;- Marketing component including collaterals, web site, video presentation, social, … During the implementation of the plan, I managed a team composed by more than 6 people.
