- Israeli largest investment house (more than USD 50B AUM), I led and manage the Direct Global Real Estate Investment Portfolio (US, Europe, Israel) taking into account the needs of the pension funds and the market constraints. I was responsible to train and lead a team of investment professionals in order to execute the investment plan, also present and approve investment plans and individual deals at Investment Committees, establish relationships with JV partners to co-invest in various multimillion $ transactions, utilize both direct and indirect investments, create an active investment pipeline, analyze over 100 eligible investments annually, underwrite and selectively invest in several large transactions per year, structure and negotiate deals with JV partners taking into account economic, legal and tax aspects, diligence and close on properties with a gross asset value of over $5B (US, Europe, Israel), structuring multimillion debt transactions, build an internal property and investment tracking system, prepare annual financial statements, tax reports, manage legal entities.

Interacting with the company management to understand the business model and determine financial and business risk through ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, projections, and peer comparison, conducting site visits to understand the operations of the company, recommending and presenting ratings to the senior management and Rating Committee, assigning corporate/debt ratings.

Performing Financial Audit, Risk Management, Review, and preparation of prospectuses prior to IPO for Global and Local, Public and Private companies across multiple industries including Construction, Financial, Governmental, Green Energy, advising/assisting with Valuations, Tax, Accounting, M&A transactions, Due-Diligence (including IFRS and USGAAP).
