I partner with my customers to help them be successful with the ServiceNow platform, to meet their goals within the correct regulatory framework, and to help them discover new opportunities for positive mission based outcomes. The best way I’ve found to provide my customers with this level of support is to recruit, train and facilitate a high-performing team. I’m passionate about helping people realize their full potential, and I lead a team of talented directors and account executives who are just as dedicated to our customers’ success as I am. The ServiceNow culture is one of collaboration, creative problem solving and integrity. It’s been a real point of pride to see my team grow and learn, and lead our Federal customers to some enormous wins. When I’m not working, I like to nurture my creative problem-solving abilities with photography, travel, and golf. Although I admit that my golf abilities are more “creative” than “skill”. I also have three young children who keep me on my toes, and make me try to lead by example at home, as well as at work.
