During my time at University, a close friend and I started a youth culture magazine called, ‘Revolt Magazine’. The initial idea was to give a platform to upcoming artists in the hip/hop realm, however, it’s developed and is developing into something much more. In our final year we found it hard to get funding in order to really take it where we believed it could go. The end goal is to have a quarterly-printed magazine that’s set apart from the mainstream, and really reflects the feelings of the 21st century young adult. My friend handles the networking/connections side of it, and I do the writing. We're hosting our first few events in 2022, with some amazing artists from all corners of the UK.
