I am a Director of Asset Management at 3D Investments, a privately held real estate investment company with a diverse set of assets in all classes in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. I have over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and I hold the prestigious CPM and CCIM designations, which demonstrate my expertise and professionalism in property management and commercial investment. My core competencies include asset management, operations management, acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial brokerage. I oversee a portfolio of 10M+ square feet of residential and commercial properties, ranging from hospitality, retail, office, industrial, to apartments and land.
