Daniel brings over 15 years of experience in the multifamily real estate development industry, During his tenure with FEIN, Daniel has assisted in developing over 6,000 luxury, Class A apartment homes, creating value in excess of $1.1 billion in various markets including in the greater Houston area, Denver, Colorado and Raleigh, North Carolina and is currently working on an additional pipeline of 1,000 Class A units in several markets. His experience includes originating ground up development investment opportunities, sourcing land, debt and equity financing from regional and national banks and institutional JV equity, entitlement complexities, collaborating and directing consultants to ensure the construction plans are ready for construction, land/financing/stabilized asset Closings as well as working with FEIN's in-house General Contracting Affiliate (Westchase Construction, Ltd.) and Management Company (FEIN) to ensure all aspects of the investment are executed successfully.
