CEO and founder of Buildility. Our business is development of BIM/GIS software as well as producing building permits, construction drawings, photogrammetry and site mapping with drones.I manage on average three employees and at times up to 20 students in collaborative projects and my responsibilities go from everything to setting up our office and ensuring a cybersecure environment to celebrate wins and make sure there is always coffee in the office.

My role is to manage Reality Labs - a Combitech platform initiative where we combine innovation, business development and technology to create new sustainable digital solutions for our clients. We are the partner for those who seeks to develop a projects goal and roadmap, product concepts and visualisations. Further, we develop agile prototypes and demonstrations, support you in finding the right funding for your project as well as offer expert consultancy services. We love visualisations and storytelling with extended reality and have a whole laboratory filled with equipment for augmented reality (AR) as well as virtual reality (VR). With this we also offer e-learning services and can set up entire learning management systems (LMS) to establish an learning platform as well as supply single e-learning courses in e.g. SCORM packages. In this role I am contracted as Innovation manager leading Saabs Greenhouse initiative which is the corporate incubator. I have built structures and methods that maximizes the realization potential of the employees ideas and insights. I combine this with working with early- and late stage offset projects as well, creating business models and opportunities while also doing business development for Combitech.

I went back and redesigned some parts for the next T-X development phase, EMD. Parts were both small and large, the largest spanning several structural zones and carrying severe structural loads.

My responsibilities included writing RFI & RFP material to potential customers of the Gripen system. I also did studies of future development of the Gripen portfolio.

An exclusive program of which only a select few are chosen to participate every three years. This is a 2,5-year training program based on work rotations. Each rotation is three to nine months long, chosen and arranged by one self. The program is includes seminars, fairs, courses in management, rhetoric’s, and personal development. It is aimed at creating future technical leaders such as chief engineers and to give insight into managing complex projects, product life cycle management & supporting processes. I performed seven rotations in this program.

In this position I collaborated across the entirety of the SAAB corporation to create a new function called the SAAB Start-up Office. Intended to facilitate the evaluation of emerging technologies with Start-ups, the work included creation of new policies, ways of procurement, stakeholder management in all levels as well as the production of new legal templates. For my work I received an award from the Swedish initiative “Ignite Sweden” and was invited to lecture to CISB in Brazil, the East Sweden Chamber of Commerce as well as Almi.

My responsibilities were to create run-up instructions of the entire hydraulics system as well as review system safety documents and work with DOORS requirement allocation. I also did fault-tree analysis.

Working in the aircraft systems field my responsibilities here were to work with the maintainability and reliability of the system. I also managed a display of the fuel system and got second place for best exhibition as well as training a new colleague and preparing my own obsolescence.In a greater context I was also tasked to evolve the collaboration between adjacent departments concerning maintainability development work. I also presented the ways of working in maintainability development to the technicians at Instituto de Logistica da Aeronautica in Brazil.

My main responsibilities was to assist the main project managers in ensuring the timely deliverables of milestones in the Gripen F project. This included managing main project review meetings that spanned time zones and hemispheres. It was my job to keep all players coordinated on the projects progress and deadlines. Here I learned to quickly triage, prioritize and lead cross-functional teams under pressure. I also managed System Safety Review meetings, ensuring and documenting the safe design of aircraft F.

As a strategic purchaser my responsibilities were to participate in department projects, to do systems and consultants procurement as well as writing business agreements and purchase orders. I also did a study of how to develop future suppliers and technology roadmap. This later bloomed into the venture client programme that I managed.

Working as an ILS Engineer, my primary responsibilities were to study publications of war-time repair instructions and apply them as necessary in the present, while also participating in the day to day work of the department. Here I participated in structural design reviews, met our customers and learnt how to calculate maintenance need for aircraft.

My responsibilities were to design airframe components for the T-X & Gripen E. I also managed several summer interns and introduced new colleagues to work. For this I produced introductory and educational material about design methodology. I also trained several classes of Swedish as well as Brazilian engineers in "Design Thinking".I probably have som kind of record in the release of most parts in the shortest amount of time.

My responsibilities here included analysis, design, manufacturing, procurement and maintenance of all mechanical aspects for an unmanned helicopter, the Apid 60.I synthesised and created anew systems for fuel supply & transfer, landing gear, avionics enclosures, main gearbox and more. I worked considerably with different materials such as metals and carbon composites as well as methods for creating and joining light weight designs together.I also managed a complete redesign of the helicopter exterior in order to update its visuals as well as aerodynamic abilities. The landing gear I developed in collaboration with Swerea Sicomp who are specialists in advanced carbon composites and for production I worked with Elitkomposit.

Thesis work in new product development. Title: Development of Self-Separating Connector for UAS.

Tasks were sorting incoming sample material and prepare and analyse water and meat samples.

Task was to plan, execute and evaluate incoming material transports by train, truck or ship to the hub in Norrköping. Also included bookkeeping of material stock and allocating unloading resources.
