Engineering Quality responsible for Overall Aircraft Design, Landing Gear, Structural Health Monitoring, Mission and Armament:- Ensuring the development process is compliant with internal (Airbus Business Management System) and external standards (both at system (e.g ARP4754A) and SW/HW levels (e.g DO- 178C, DO-254))- Development assurance (proof reading campaigns, audits and assessments ), scoping internal and external stakeholders (OCCAR and Major Subcontractors).- Main contributor for technical Engineering reviews (e.g. System Requirement Review, Preliminary Design Review etc), taking responsibility as chairman of the Review Panel for the Planning Review.- Quality Gates, Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

Quality Services:- Responsible of periodical inspection processes for production tools (A330, A350, A380 and A320 programmes)- Technical project leader for tracking and traceability of tools project proposal (QR, RFID, Bluetooth Low Energy, among others).Cabin Programme (Innovation department):- Governance model definition for new projects, covering the stakeholder’s alignment, ideation, feasibility (RFW) and the launch of the project development phases (MG3).- Reporting and Cost Controlling for New Cabin development projects (around 50 projects and 40 Million Euros of annual budget), consolidating Forecast and OP exercises and supporting yearly financial statements.- PMBP for R&D projects from the concept phase (MG3) until the entry into services (MG13): Scheduling(Unified Planning, Jira and Confluence), Risk (ARM tool) and Cost Management (Google Workplace , Skywise). - New financial ecosystem setting up (Google Workspace) for Cabin innovation department (JavaScript).

Deployment of the new digital initiatives at Tablada Site (Digital Barchart, Performance Tracker, Remote Support, One Single Flow of Incidences Manufacturing Engineering Planner (MEP)), including both technical and human aspects (working with P&I and Production departments).Strategic analysis, ROI and Business Models definition (CyberFactory project) to boost Tablada as an IoT lighthouse centre within Airbus D&S.Lead ANDON – DeMaT IoT integration, using new technologies based on Artificial Intelligent such as Robot Processes Automation. Working on different phases of an experimental system that simulates the environmental conditions of pressure, temperature and humidity at the inlet and outlet of internal combustion engines:- Complete simulation of the physical behaviour of the system. (MATLAB).- Carrying out extensive tests with a Nissan engine coupled to the experimental system within a testbench.- Deploying analysis (both performance and emissions) based on the data collected in the test and draw conclusions.- Secondary research task related with the project such as pressure in-site estimations, CAD designs oroperational manuals translation.
