This service impacts thousands of stakeholders across the hospital network including radiologists, radiographers, patients, IT staff, etc.- Created the new Service Delivery Operating Model for a state-wide vendor managed service which has become the default model for other services operating under this model for eHealth.- Owned and managed the Service Delivery stream of the RIS-PACS program which delivered a new RIS PACS platform and vendors to the 9 Local Health Districts and Specialty Networks across NSW Health. The ITIL Service framework was used to provide the necessary best practices for the service. This included creating, collaboratively communicating and managing procedures and processes for Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Availability Management.- Managed the contractual and service-related obligations of 2 large vendors - the incumbent GE and the new vendor Sectra – on behalf of eHealth & the Local Health Districts.- Also managed the service for various Ministry of Health systems and transitions.
