I worked as a researcher in the Plant-Biotechnology Lab conducting bio-assays and microbiology characterizations of solid-phase fermentation process aimed to asses the detoxification of Jatropha curcas seed cakes, a major residual in biodiesel production facilities.

Working under supervision of Dr Ratmir Derda, I completed a short term research training, focused on the aplication of paghe display and peptide chemistry tools in the discovery of promising toxin binding glycopeptides

Working under supervision of PhD,MD. Pedro Lopez-Saura I fulfilled custom biochemistry analysis for Clinical-Trial studies (phase I,II and III) including but not limited to:- Immunogenicity evaluations (ELISA,ELISPOT,)- Bioequivalence evaluations (qPCR)- Studies of protein-protein interactions (SPR-Biacore)
