Daniel Ferretti is the founding principal of the Ferretti Real Estate Group. He founded Ferretti Real Estate Group in 2012 on the key principle of putting the wants and needs of his clients first. His main objective is to ensure his clients, whether buying or selling receive the best price on their transaction. Daniel and his team always deliver a smooth and seamless real estate transaction which leads his clients to call upon him for their future real estate needs.Daniel was born in Palm Springs, California, raised in Verona, Italy and possesses dual citizenship. Real estate is a family tradition, his grandfather, a real estate developer, and his father, a general contractor have built well over 1,500 homes together in the Greater Los Angeles area. As a teenager, Daniel enthusiastically showed many properties to clients in various family built developments throughout the Coachella Valley. It was then that he knew he wanted to pursue a career in real estate. In addition to real estate, his appreciation for art and architecture broadened exponentially with his work at the Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands working for the Communication and Marketing office. He is closely familiar with the vast collections of fine art and antiquities from the U.S., China and much of Europe. He enjoys art history, world music, and cooking. He has a particular interest in music having played the trumpet for nearly 13 years and has recently taken up classical guitar. Daniel holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the Palm Desert Campus, California State University, San Bernardino. He is highly ambitious having worked tirelessly to achieve his goal of home ownership at the age of 22. Daniel is affable, genuine and you will find his enthusiasm contagious.
